I should have trusted the other reviews re: orders not turning up. My order was a week late so I messaged the company who said it had been lost in the post. I required the item for my holiday and now have to do without. Terrible service.

Watch out for this company the quality of the clothing is shockingly poor and make sure you keep the tracking number when returning because they will lie and say they never received your parcel back.

Ordered a Teal bra in my usual size but wasn't sure of the fit and size, so ordered another 2 different sizes to compare fit. All came lovely packaged. Sent back the 2 I didn't want a pre payment royal mail label also in package and was refunded within 2 days. Brilliant.

Just purchased a teal coloured satin chemise. It is a beautiful colour, gorgeous lace detail and is a perfect fit (18/20). It came well packaged and quickly delivered. I highly recommend this company and look forward to future business with them.

Super happy with my fox onesie! Thank you! He's gorgeous! I've bought a little too big, and he is a little too big. Just like I wanted! I'm a tall woman and the legs are long enough. I can't wait to return home after work today and sit in the cough with it.

Ordered a onesie and it was ripped in two places. Sent them a photo and they want it back before sending a replacement, which under normal conditions is fair enough. Shielding at the moment , not near a post office and just too much bother at this time of year. Won't buy from them again.

I ordered bras online which I had previously bought from a retail outlet and was very pleased to be able to get the style and size I wanted, the price was excellent as was the service, free delivery and received in just 4 days. I can happily recommend them to anyone.

Good price range and choices for a larger cup size. Fast dispatch and arrival even with the circumstances right now for the UK. The packaging was discrete and the bras were not folded or squashed. Free returns too, slight issue with stock levels but that just happens sometimes

Ordered a onsie as a Christmas present and paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived before Christmas. Didn't arrive so emailed and was promised another one be sent out. Heard no more about that but eventually the original one turned up. When it did turn up however there was a hole on it, I've now emailed the photos twice and asked what can be done about this and still not had a reply!

Been buying Camille Body's for years! Great quality and perfect fit! Customer service is always great and delivery is always on time. Used to buy these from the Camille shop but since I've become disabled I've found the website which is easy to use and staff are lovely to speak whenever I have a query to make!!

Purchased Shapewear Support Vest 18/20. Vest arrived punctuality and is very good quality. Unfortunately it did not fit.
I bought the same item in Woolworths, South Africa, two years ago, in same size as I ordered from Camille. Woolworths vest fits, Camille version too small. Because of the quality I will keep it to give as a Christmas present.
If it were available in larger size I would have ordered a couple of these vests for myself.
Feeling very disappointed.

The staff at this particular store are rude and disinterested. I will never shop there again and strongly advise you to avoid it. They are dismissive and offencive. The 2 that I was unfortunate enough to encounter were lacking in basic manners and common sense. Book up your ideas Camielle, these people are representing you and it's not pretty!

Lovely website, easy to shop from, ordered three items, in size that was before lost weight. Had to return two of the items as two big, (but that was my fault) asked for refund for one & exchange for the other. No problem. Returned items on a Wednesday, by the Friday had the exchange item & the refund credit back to my account.
Excellent customer service, items delivered v quick, would buy again & recommend.
The item i had were lovely quality & when i had the right size fitted perfect.

I ordered a leopard print bikini and only received the top! The description on the item for sale states bikini. The definition for bikini is 'a very brief two-piece swimsuit for women'. I thought where are the bottoms to match? The description is misleading and should state 'bikini top' to make it clear what is for sale. Not happy at all!

Finally found this red dressing gown after a long search. It is a very neat design and nice and warm without being too bulky. It is a lovely shade of red and the hooded top makes it quite modern & trendy looking. The product description was very accurate and the service & delivery excellent. I would definitely recommend this supplier.
